We fit glass to new and existing staircases, from replacing a tired wooden bannister to building a bespoke staircase in mild steel, oak, glass and stainless steel. Landings and mezzanine levels get the same treatment, so upper floors stay safe without closing the space in.
What we fit
A slim glass track system with a stainless steel push-on handrail, ideal for landings and feature stairs.
10mm toughened glass with a black powder-coated tube handrail, as fitted on a recent staircase refurbishment in Jarrow.
Chrome glass clamps or stainless steel stand-offs fixing the glass to the stair, including a white oak staircase refurbishment.
Frameless glass around mezzanine levels and galleried landings, keeping the view down into the room below.

Yes. Many of our staircase projects are refurbishments, where the old bannister and spindles are replaced with glass and a new handrail.
We have fitted stainless steel, push-on, black powder-coated tube and oak handrails. Chris will show you what suits your stair and your interior at the site visit.
Safety comes first on every staircase. We use safety glass and fixings specified for the stair, and one client told us their new glass staircase is really sturdy and secure and has given them a lot of peace of mind.
